The former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman claims the US has learned that Ukraine’s delegation of battlefield decisions, appreciation of frontline tech, and exploiting locals for vital intelligence are all key lessons that will help prepare American forces for future conflicts.
Milley also predicted that China will be the main adversary to Washington for the next few decades ahead of Russia.
“China clearly has the capability to be a superior power [and] economic power in the years ahead. They have also demonstrated that they have the will to do that,” he claimed.
